1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refunds

As Permitly offers digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription period has commenced.

3. Exceptions

In cases of technical errors or double charges, please contact support@permitly.io within 7 days for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
